How the virtual session works
Don't worry — we make it easy. Whether your loved one uses Zoom, Google Meet, or FaceTime, we'll meet them where they're comfortable.
1. We send a setup guide
After booking, we'll send a simple step-by-step guide and host a quick test call to make sure everything looks and sounds great.
2. A phone or laptop is enough
No special equipment needed. We'll help you position the camera, find good light, and pick a quiet spot.
3. We record on our end
On session day, we guide the conversation and capture broadcast-quality video and audio remotely. You just show up.
